Wild huckleberries are native to Reggie’s home state of Montana, and growing up he would pick and enjoy the sun-ripened berries directly from the bush. Popping one in your mouth offers a flavor that reminds us of Reggie’s improvisational style: equal parts complex, satisfying, and unexpected.
Wild huckleberries are prized by chefs because of their scarcity and narrow seasonal window, so we designed this Delight to let the huckleberry’s uniquely jammy flavor shine. We couldn’t help adding seasonal blueberries from Coastal Moon Berry Farm, which weaves a luscious sweetness into the tannic, superfood puree. This is a fruit-forward Delight that captures the wild huckleberry’s deep midnight color and flavor.
